One of my all time favorite quotes, anyone struggling with anxiety has likely realized that avoidance equals anxiety  therefore, facing those fears is the only way through anxiety, and waiting for the fear to subside will leave you waiting forever!

While my stickers are waterproof, I recommend keeping them out of the dishwasher to achieve their greatest lifespan. They are much happier if hand washed.
